What photo file types are accepted?

Only JPEG (.jpg) file type is accepted

I don’t like the photo I have uploaded. Can I change it?

No, until the photo has been disapproved you are not able to change it.

How long does it take for my photo to be approved?

Usually the photos are approved within 24hrs, but approval times vary depending on time of the year. Check your email for a photo approval notification before picking up your card.

IMPORTANT!

If the photo you upload does not meet one AT NAIT requirements, it will be rejected, and you will not be able to obtain your one AT NAIT card. If your photo is rejected, you will receive an email indicating the reason why, and will be asked to re‐submit another photo that meets the one AT NAIT standards. Alternatively, you can visit the one AT NAIT office to have your photo taken for you.
