By submitting a photo through the one AT NAIT photo upload site, you are agreeing to the cardholder terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with photo submission.

If you are unable to provide a digital photo, you can visit the one AT NAIT office to have your photo taken for you; a $10.00 sitting fee applies.

This photo upload site is provided by the one AT NAIT office. NAIT may update these terms and conditions at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately.

How NAIT uses your photo:

The digital photo that you submit via this website will be used to produce your one AT NAIT card. Your one AT NAIT card is proof of identity and provides you with access to facilities, library book rental and other cardholder services. This access is based on your role and related privileges at NAIT, for example, staff, student, contractor or public.

Other uses of your photo

By submitting this photo, you agree this photo may be used by NAIT’s Office of the Registrar to produce student lists and Human Resources for staff employment.

The one AT NAIT office creates and collects information under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (“FOIP”) for the purposes of producing your official personal NAIT identification card, as well as administering all services associated with the one AT NAIT program. All cardholder services include, but are not limited to, the current list of services posted on the one AT NAIT site, nait.ca/one.

Information that is gathered for the above purposes will be protected and used in compliance with FOIP. Individuals who are applying for a one AT NAIT card acknowledge the above and consent to the collection of personal information, including the digital photos used to produce the card.

NAIT does not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the Photo Upload System. We cannot guarantee that this system will be compatible with any specific hardware or software. We reserve the right to suspend use or access to this system at any time, for any reason.

Remember…
  • one at NAIT cards are the property of NAIT.
  • Lost, stolen or found cards must be reported to the one AT NAIT office.
  • The cardholder is responsible for the cost of a replacement card.
  • Treat your one AT NAIT card like cash – do not lend your card to anyone, and do not share your confidential account information.
About the one AT NAIT card

The one AT NAIT card is NAIT’s official identification card and is managed by the one AT NAIT office within Retail and Ancillary Services. The one AT NAIT card is the property of NAIT and its use is governed by the one AT NAIT cardholder agreement.
